(UPDATE) TIBU, Colombia — The death count from attacks by National Liberation Army (ELN) rebels in Colombia near the border with Vene-zuela has risen to 60, the Ombudsman's Office reported Saturday.
Rival groups have for years been fighting in the region over control of the cocaine trade.
