BACOLOD CITY — La Castellana Mayor Rhummyla Nicor-Manguilimutan said the local government would not be able to take care of evacuees in case the alert level of Kanlaon Volcano was raised to Level 4.

Manguilimutan said it would not be easy to evacuate more than 100,000 people even under a mandatory forced evac-uation.
