Pagasa warns vs flash floods, landslides

The northeast monsoon or amihan and easterlies may bring moderate to heavy rain that may lead to flash floods or landslides, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) warned Monday.

Weather specialist Robert Badrina said that the northeast monsoon is affecting Cagayan Valley, Aurora and Quezon where overcast skies with rains will prevail.
