REAL estate developer Megaworld Corp. is looking to develop more than 300 hectares of land for the proposed launch of at least two townships outside Metro Manila this year.
In a statement, Megaworld said the proposed townships — to be be located in key growth areas in Luzon and the Visayas — would ramp up its portfolio of integrated developments outside Metro Manila.
