THE government is considering banning again the deployment of Filipino workers to Kuwait following the recent deaths of two Filipino workers there, Migrant Workers Secretary Hans Leo Cacdac said Saturday.
In a news forum in Quezon City, Cacdac said the Philippines currently prohibited first-timers from being deployed as domestic workers in Kuwait.
