MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court has issued more Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs) in several cases involving local government candidates ahead of the elections in May.
The first case involves Marie Grace David's petition for substitution and inclusion as an official candidate for vice mayor of Limay, Bataan.
