MANILA, Philippines — Filmmaker Darryl Yap remains determined as he continues with the production of his controversial film, "The Rapists of Pepsi Paloma," despite facing a legal battle with actor-TV host Vic Sotto.
During a summary hearing for a writ of habeas data petition filed by Sotto against Yap at the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court, Branch 205, in Tunasan, Muntinlupa City, Yap addressed the media regarding the status of the film.
