ALTERNERGY Holdings Corp. on Friday said that it had received the certificate of incorporation for wholly-owned business process outsourcing (BPO) subsidiary AlterCore Management Services Inc. (AlterCore), which will serve as the shared services center of firm and its power generation subsidiaries.
Alternergy's board of directors last November approved the incorporation of Altercore, whose servies include records keeping, payroll processing, fund administration, travel and expense management, human resources, development and management, data entry/data processing, inventory control, technology support, power trading, and other similar services.
