BACOLOD CITY — A total of 19 employees of Negros Occidental provincial government tested positive for illegal drug use, data provided by lawyer Rayfrando Diaz II, provincial administrator, showed.

Of the 19 employees found positive for illegal drugs, three are regular, seven are job order employees, three are contract of service employees, and six are security guards from a private security agency contractor of the Capitol.
