(UPDATE) THE Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) issued a 30-day preventive suspension against modern public utility jeepney operator Carmexss TSC after one of its units figured in a fatal accident.

Police report said that around 2 p.m. on Jan. 14, a Carmexss TSC jeepney overtook another vehicle and collided with an oncoming tricycle.
