(UPDATE) THE Philippine National Police (PNP) Anti-Cybercrime Group said a significant increase in online libel and photo/video voyeurism cases was observed in the country.

Both were violations of Republic Act 10175, or the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 and Republic Act 9995, or the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009.
