THREE dams in Luzon, including the Angat Hydroelectric Dam in Norzagaray, Bulacan, have released water after reaching spilling levels, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Thursday.
Pagasa hydrologists said Angat opened one of its three control gates to release water with an estimated outflow of 186.94 centimeters (cm).
