CALAPAN CITY — The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)-Mimaropa (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Palawan) Region announced the implementation of a P35 wage increase for minimum wage earners and a P1,000 increase to domestic workers.

In a press conference on Tuesday, DOLE Regional Director and RTWPB Chairman Naomi Lyn Abellana said that starting Dec. 23, 2024, the minimum wage for workers in establishments with 10 or more workers will be P430/day from P395/day, while workers from establishments with less than 10 workers would be P404/day from P369/day.
