Malacañang had no hand in the removal of Rep. Elizaldy Co as chairman of the House appropriations committee, Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin said.
Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the media launch of the Asia and the Pacific Regional Meeting Philippines 2025 at the Department of Budget and Management on Wednesday, Bersamin said that changes in committee leadership were up to Congress.
