MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) predicted that 19 to 20 tropical storms would likely form or enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) in 2025.
Pagasa Administrator Nathaniel Servando told The Manila Times that one storm each would possibly enter the country in January, February and March.
