PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Wednesday threw his support behind the establishment of the country's first Virology and Vaccine Institute of the Philippines (VIP) building.
With its construction already ongoing, the facility is the government's way of preparing for another possible global pandemic.
