GENERAL SANTOS CITY — A man impersonating a police officer was arrested Monday afternoon inside the headquarters of the city police office.
Col. Nicomedes Olaivar Jr., city police director, identified the suspect as "Eddie," who was spotted in a police bush coat uniform at the parking area of Camp Fermin Lira Jr. around 3 p.m.
