THE Internal Affairs Service of the Philippine National Police (PNP) reminded all police personnel to strictly adhere to operational procedures concerning checkpoints during the election period.
"Officers who neglect established procedures not only compromise the integrity of their operations but also damage the organization's credibility and will be held accountable," said Inspector General Brigido Dulay.
