(UPDATE) THE House of Representatives approved on third and final reading House Bill 11199 that would convert the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) into the Department of Economy, Planning and Development (DepDev).
During plenary session on Tuesday, 178 lawmakers voted for the measure. There were no opposing votes and none abstained.
