MANILA, Philippines — Scattered and isolated rains will be experienced in most areas in the Visayas and Mindanao due to the easterlies while the northeast monsoon or "amihan"will continue to affect, Luzon including Metro Manila.

Weather specialist Veronica Torres of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said it has not monitored any tropical cyclone or low pressure areas inside or outside the country's area of responsibility in the coming days.
