CEBU CITY — The city government of Cebu has taken proactive measures to protect the rubberized track oval at the Cebu City Sports Center (CCSC) from potential damage during the Sinulog Festival.
This is in response to the warning from contractor SBD Builders that they will not cover any further repair costs for the damages incurred at the sports center during the festivities.
