BAGUIO CITY — The city government has cautioned the public against patronizing massage and other personal services offered by enterprising individuals without permits in parks at the Summer Capital.
Mayor Benjamin Magalong said that massage, manicure, tattoo, and fortune-telling services in Burnham Park and other parks are prohibited and must not be patronized. They must also be reported to the Baguio City Police Station, Public Order and Safety Division (POSD) or the City Environment and Parks Management Office.
