INVESTMENTS worth P10 billion through public-private partnerships (PPP) will help redevelop the remaining open areas at Camp John Hay, according to the property's administrator, the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA).
Spanning over 600 hectares in a prime tourist and commercial location in Baguio City, Camp John Hay's forest reserves will be kept intact, BCDA President and CEO Joshua Bingcang said.
