MANILA, Philippines — Two-time UAAP MVP and La Salle ace Kevin Quiambao sustained an apparent sprained right ankle injury in his Korean Basketball League debut at the Goyang Gymnasium on Sunday.
Playing for the home team Goyang Sono Skygunners, Quiambao incurred the injury at the 7:42 mark of the second quarter where his right foot landed on Seoul SK Knights' Oh Sekuen.
