SOME 137,000 college students will each receive P15,000 cash aid this year under the Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) of the government, Quezon City 4th District Rep. Marvin Rillo said on Sunday.

Rillo is a member of the House Committee on Appropriations and vice chairman of the House Committee on Higher and Technical Education.
