TUGUEGARAO CITY — A newly born baby girl was found dead inside a comfort room at the Tuguegarao City Commercial Center along Bonifacio Street in this city at about 5:30 p.m. on Friday, the City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO) reported on Saturday.
Mayor Maila Ting-Que said the police have no persons of interest yet who was responsible for the dumping of the baby, who was found wrapped with a cloth and plastic aside from scattered various old papers with splattered blood inside the comfort room.
