SANTA CRUZ, Laguna — The Laguna Police Provincial Office is looking forward to continued success under the leadership of Col. Ricardo Dalmacia.
Dalmacia was formally welcomed by the Region 4A (Calabarzon) police organization as its new provincial director during the turnover ceremony held at the Multipurpose Hall at Camp Vicente P. Lim in Calamba, Laguna, on Saturday.
