ALL personnel of the Internal Affairs Service (IAS) of the Philippine National Police (PNP) tested negative for illegal drugs during a recent surprise drug test conducted at the National Headquarters, Inspector General Brigido Dulay said Saturday.
General Dulay said that the random drug testing, administered by the PNP-Forensics Group, yielded 100 percent negative results, which showed that no IAS personnel were found using illegal drugs.
