THE National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA), an attached agency of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), advised the public to report people or groups facilitating the sale and illegal use of fake persons with disability (PWDs) ID cards in order to benefit from privileges under the law.
"We are aware that the proliferation of fake IDs puts a burden on us, as well as legitimate members of the PWD sector," NCDA Executive Director Glenda Relova said.
