SEN. Ronald Dela Rosa said on Saturday, Jan. 11, that the House quad committee should concentrate its efforts on probing the spread of crimes in the country rather than using its resources to detain current and former officers serving the nation honorably.

The former chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP) expressed this opinion after his visit to the wake of Reynaldo Bigno Jr., who was fatally shot by a policeman reportedly under the influence of drugs while inside a passenger bus in Makilala, Cotabato.
