MANILA, Philippines— Three weather systems - shear line, easterlies and northeast monsoon or amihan – will continue to affect the country, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Sunday.

Weather specialist Grace Castañeda said the convergence of hot and cold air or shear line has been bringing scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms in Bicol Region, Mimaropa (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Palawan), Eastern Visayas and Quezon province.
