MANILA, Philippines — Magnolia coach Chito Victolero is confident that import Ricardo Ratliffe is back to full strength, having used the long Holiday break to recover from a shoulder injury.
With a tough stretch of opponents in its last four remaining games in the single-round eliminations, Victolero believes the Hotshots are capable of competing with the 35-year-old Ratliffe finally healthy.
