ILOILO CITY — The Police Regional Office 6 (PRO-6) said all security measures are in place for two major festivals in Panay Island: the Ati-Atihan Festival in Kalibo, Aklan, and the Dinagyang Festival in Iloilo City.
"As early as now we have already finished the security plan and we have deployment of augmentation to these areas," PRO-6 director BGen. Jack Wanky said.
