CEBU CITY — Consolacion Mayor Teresa "Nene" Alegado has been found guilty of indirect contempt by the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 14 for failing to comply with court orders to remove barricades and other obstructions blocking access to Fooda Saversmart Corporation's leased property.
The court's decision, issued on Dec. 19, 2024, orders Alegado's custody until the obstructions are cleared.
