CEBU CITY — Former Cebu City mayor Michael Rama remains on the ballot for the 2025 elections, while former Mandaue City mayor Jonas Cortes is out, as the Commission on Elections (Comelec) released the official ballot templates for the midterm elections.
The poll body removed Cortes' name from the list of candidates based on the document uploaded on its official website on Wednesday night.
