CITY OF ILAGAN — Showing his faith to the black statue of Jesus Christ carrying a cross, 29-year-old Ryan Rodel Esteban of this city endured walking without slippers from poblacion to Alibagu village on Thursday evening to join other devotees in the 10-kilometer Black Nazarene procession.
"It has been my devotion ever since for years now," he told this news correspondent in an interview on Jan. 9, 2025.
