THE Philippine Postal Corp. (PHLPost) is taking a major step forward in modernizing its services with the launch of new Express Mail Service (EMS) delivery hubs in select cities in the National Capital Region (NCR).
PHLPost has set up new delivery hubs in Manila, Quezon City, Makati, and Pasay City, expecting to improve the accessibility, efficiency and convenience of both domestic and international express mail delivery.
