MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Saturday emphasized the importance of adherence to rules-based international order to promote peace and prosperity, as he sought closer collaboration with the country's foreign allies and partners.
Marcos issued the statement as he and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos welcomed the members of the diplomatic corps and other top government officials during the vin d'honneur in Malacañang.
