MANILA, Philippines — The shear line, the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ), and the northeast monsoon will continue to bring rains over parts of the country, the weather bureau said Saturday.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the Visayas, Bicol Region, and Mimaropa will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the shear line, described as "a narrow corridor along which there is an abrupt change in the horizontal component of the wind,"
