ILOILO CITY — The Iloilo Provincial Police Office (IPPO) has identified a dismissed police officer as the leader of a robbery group involved in a highway robbery incident in Pilar, Capiz, on Sunday, Jan. 5.
The dismissed police officer was identified as Lyman John Ochenta, a resident of Pavia, Iloilo. The IPPO said Ochenta has been involved in a series of criminal activities in Iloilo and Capiz provinces.
