700k Tons of silt removed

CLOSE to 700,000 tons of silt and solid wastes were removed from Pampanga River, as San Miguel Corp. (SMC) recorded another gain in its ambitious effort to help mitigate flooding throughout Luzon.

The conglomerate made the announcement on Tuesday during the completion of its extensive Pampanga River cleanup effort.
