BARGAIN-HUNTING allowed the stock market to post a rebound on Thursday, but the peso continued to fall against the dollar.
The currency weakened by 10 and a half centavos to close at P58.5:$1 while the benchmark Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) added 14.85 points, or 0.23 percent, to close the day at 6,511.57.
