CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — The officialdom of local government units in the province has condemned what they call "senseless killing" of a multi-medal awardee athlete who was also a member of the Philippine Air Force.
In a post on his social media page, Gov. Humerlito Dolor calls for justice over the killing of Mervin Guarte, 33, and a resident of Barangay Malinao, Naujan.
