TARLAC'S newly renovated Carlos P. Romulo Memorial Library (CPRML) was inaugurated on Monday, with Gov. Susan Yap in attendance along with 2nd District Rep. Christian Yap and other local officials.
Former senator Bam Aquino served as special guest during the event following his attendance in the Capitol's flag-raising ceremony.
