LEGAZPI CITY — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) en banc denied the appeal of ousted Albay governor Noel Rosal to allow him to run in the May 2025 polls.
The eight-page decision, signed by Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia, was issued on Tuesday, Jan. 7.
