THE Bureau of Customs (BOC)-Port of Clark has intercepted P2.65 million worth of methamphetamine hydrochloride, locally known as "shabu," concealed in coffee bean pouches shipped from the United States.
The shipment arrived on Dec. 17, 2024, declared as "Gift Items: Coffee Bags (Variety), Candy or Snacks." During Custom's profiling and X-ray scanning, the shipment was flagged for further X-ray inspection.
