THE Department of Agriculture (DA) Soccsksargen and the National Dairy Authority Regional Dairy Farmers Livelihood Center (NDA RDFLC) Southern Mindanao signed an usufruct agreement allowing the NDA RDFLC to use a portion of the Aroman Research Experiment Station (ARES) in Cotabato for its projects.
ARES will become the NDA RDFLC-Southern Mindanao's primary source of livestock for their animal dispersal initiatives.
