CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — At least 1,300 police officers from the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO-3) will be deployed in Manila to help ensure a safe and orderly celebration of the Feast of the Black Nazarene on Jan. 9, 2025.
PRO-3 regional director BGen. Redrico Maranan said the police officers from Central Luzon will be positioned at the Quirino Grandstand for the traditional "Pahalik" and at the various entry and exit points in Metro Manila.
