PALOMPON, Leyte — The local government of Palompon has vowed to pursue its rehabilitation project on a water source to provide the town's thousands of consumers with steady supply of potable water.

Mayor Ferdinand de la Calzada made the assurance during the multisectoral meeting at the NGCP Hall on Monday, wherein he told his constituents that the LGU cannot afford to abandon its obligation to provide steady supply of potable water.
