First of two parts
I WOULD like to start the year with a rare, very personal essay. I always ask in my Vibal show "Kasaysayan, Kaysaya" who are the mentors of my historian-guests. One day, while having a conversation with Dr. Carlos P. Tatel of the UP Department of Anthropology, he also asked me the same question, and this made me reflect on what I learned from my professors in college.
